"Go to bed, my son," said Mr Owl softly.
"Who?" Jr. Owl asked.
"You, that's who," answered Mr. Owl crankily.
"I don't want to," Jr. Owl said quickly.
Mr. Owl said, "You must go to bed. It restores your energy."
"I still don't want to," replied Jr. Owl.
"Who do you think I am?" asked Mr. Owl sarcastically.
Jr. Owl replied, "My dad."
"Correct! That is who I am. And I want you to go bed now! It's almost getting light outside."
Jr. Owl said tiredly, "Okay ,Dad. I will listen to you this time." Yawn!
"Good night, my son," said Mr. Owl, so relieved, "I love you."
